What we keep, and why.
Short version: we keep what you send us to give you an estimate, we email you tips only if you asked, and we measure ads only if you say yes.
What you send us
When you request an estimate, a site review, the budget guide, or join one of our programs, we receive what you type in the form: your name, email, phone, city, what you are building, your budget range, your message, and any photos you attach. We also note how you found us, who referred you if you tell us, and your answer to the tips box with the date and time.
Where it goes
Your request arrives in our company inbox as an email and stays there as our record of your project. Photos you attach are stored for 30 days so the email can link to them, then they delete themselves. Your contact details also go into our mailing-list tool so we can keep your consent answer with them; we only send renovation tips to people who ticked that box, and every tips email has an unsubscribe link. We never sell or share your details with anyone else.
Counting visits
We count visits to the site with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and keeps no personal identifiers; it tells us how many people visited and which pages they read.
Measuring our ads
If we are running Instagram or Facebook ads, the site asks whether you are fine with a Meta pixel. The pixel sets a cookie that lets Meta tell us which ads brought people here and show our ads to people who visited. It loads only if you choose "That is fine" on the notice, and you can change your mind here:
The companies that help us
Cloudflare hosts the site and stores attached photos. Resend delivers our email. MailerLite holds the mailing list. Meta provides the ad pixel, only with your consent. Each handles data under its own privacy terms.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from tips with the link in any tips email. To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email our email or call . We answer within 7 business days.
